		<description>Well... I said I would comment on the chia pudding and - WOW it&#039;s super yummy!  I halved the ingredients to make 2 portions I shared with Mum as a dessert.  I used rice milk (I have recently fallen in love with rice milk!) and added a few drops of vanilla extract and a tiny drizzle of agave.  SOOO GOOD! :)</description>

		<description>Great article Jess!  As you know I&#039;ve recently discovered Chia myself and have been adding 1 tbs to my seed/yoghurt concoction I have most mornings.  But I can&#039;t wait to experiment with it more!&lt;br /&gt;...oh and I am itching to try that banana/date/almond smoothie just above... that sounds like Heaven! xx</description>
