Here’s the deal.  The foods that we eat provide the foundation for all the other areas of our life.  By strengthening your approach to culinary nourishment, you set in motion a series of positive shifts that begins with you feeling happier, healthier, more energetic and more creative.  Part of the reason behind this interconnectedness is that food is the fuel that runs not only our bodies but also our brains. As you increase your intake of “clean” fuel, you begin to clear blockages in the physical body.  Toxins are literally swept away and released, enabling wellness and thereby opening us up emotionally and creatively.  Moods become more stable, the brain thinks more clearly, and energy flows smoothly.

Embracing nutrition is not an end in and of itself.  Why bother to eat healthy, really?  The only way to care about your nutrition on an ongoing basis is to realize that the energy you put into your body directly impacts the energy that you are able to put out. What kind of energy do you want to give off?  What kind of energy is going to serve you best so that you can put positivity and creativity out into the universe?  This understanding will have an impact on your food choices more than anything else.
