Fresh fruits and vegetables in their natural state are the most amazing foods on the planet.  They’re juicy, sweet, intensely flavored, jammed with nutrients, rich in fiber, and incredibly easy to prepare.  Good quality ripe produce doesn’t require much fuss – just grab a glorious grapefruit or a marvelous mango and go!

A few reasons to eat RAW fruits and vegetables:

  • Raw foods contain living enzymes which help our bodies digest.  Eating these foods requires the body to produce less digestive enzymes, so they are a lot less taxing on the system.
  • Raw foods contain extraordinary amounts of vitamins and minerals, including trace minerals that are often hard to come by in other food sources.
  • Raw foods contain carbohydrates, proteins and fats in perfect balance for our bodies.
  • Raw foods from good sources = Clean foods, which enable detoxification.  They help rid the body of food and environmental toxins that we encounter and help the body repair on the cellular level.

  • Eating lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and greens doesn’t require any scientific rationale.  It’s a clear and intuitive approach that, over a period of time, will make our bodies feel great and our minds function better.
